This Cookie Policy explains how the FairTrek Nepal website uses cookies and similar browser storage.
What we use
- Essential cookies. A security (CSRF) cookie protects our forms against forgery. It is required for booking and inquiry forms to work.
- Browser storage. We remember, for the current browser session only, that you have already seen the intro animation, and (if you start a form) the contact details you typed so you do not have to retype them. This clears when you close the tab or browser.
- Offline cache. A service worker stores copies of site files and pages you visited in your browser so the site loads faster and works with a weak connection. It contains no personal data.
- Google reCAPTCHA. On pages with forms, reCAPTCHA may set cookies or read browser data to detect automated abuse. It is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
- Third-party content. Fonts, icons and scripts are loaded from content delivery networks, which may see your IP address when they serve those files.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop our forms from working.
